These Referral rules apply to any Referral. By participating in a Referral, you agree to be bound by the Referral Rules and by the decisions of Swift Dental ltd which are final in all matters relating to the Referral. We reserve the right to negate any referral in its absolute discretion for any reason and without notice in accordance with the Referral Rules.

1. To make a referral, find your personal referral code in your SwiftConnect account and share with as many dentists as you like.

2. Ensure the Referred Candidate references your personal referral code when placing their first order with us, and confirm they meet either of the following requirements:
a) Never used Swift Dental before
b) Haven’t placed an order with Swift in the last three months

3. A Referral is only considered valid when we receive a new order with a valid referral code, referenced from an individual who meets the Referred Candidate requirements.

4. Referrals must be submitted by an individual (not via any practice, group or similar). Benefits will only be applied to the individual who refers a new candidate, not to any associated practice, group or similar.

5. The Referral benefits will be issued to both parties once the candidate has successfully placed their first order. This begins the benefit period for both parties.

6. Referral codes are accepted within 7 days of the Referred Candidates first order with us.

7. If the candidate does not complete their first order, benefits will not be awarded to either party.

8. The benefit period will stop for both parties at the end of the agreed referral scheme period.

9. There is no cap on the number of people you can refer or the rewards you can earn. A new benefit period may begin, be applied in addition to, and run concurrently with any pre-existing benefits applied to you.

10. Accumulative benefits are only applied to the individual who successfully refers new candidates. These are exclusive to you and cannot be shared or used by others.

11. Referrals and earnings are automatically tracked in your SwiftConnect account. You’ll be able to see who has used your code and how much you’ve earned.

12. Lab credit is automatically applied to your Swift Dental account. Credits are issued once per month.

13. If any of these rules are deemed to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable, the affected rules shall be deleted from these Referral Rules but the remaining rules shall continue in full force and effect.

14. These Referral Rules and each Referral are governed by English law. Any disputes arising between Swift Dental Ltd and any third party in relation to these Referral shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales (save that the Company shall be entitled to take action against a third party in any other jurisdiction). These Referral Rules apply to any Referral.
