In 2018/19 we focused our attention on internal investment. We provide a quality range of products, however, we felt we needed to invest in service as well as product.

As the group grew, we wanted to ensure that we continued to provide a personable and efficient service to our clinicians, guaranteeing an outstanding customer experience.
